Valentine's Day Party Information Update

Students got really excited on Friday when they realized that the next month is February!  They are already thinking about Valentine's Day and their party!  

First grade teachers had already emailed or sent home a note regarding bringing a box covered in paper to make a Valentine box at school.  I have some good news!  We have white gift bags that we'll use instead of a box from home.  It will be decorated for the party.  If you already started covering a shoe box to send in, feel free to send it in, just know that we have bags as well. 

I’m trying hard to eat healthy, so please don’t tempt me with any sweets for this holiday.  If your child is really wanting to give me something, they can draw me a picture or make a card, which I love!

I have 23 students in my class.  9 Girls and 14 Boys.  Putting first names on cards is optional.  Here are the names if your child wants to write the names on all the cards.
